The pool area is excellent, and many guests appreciated the all-inclusive buffet with its good selection of fresh food, especially the Greek specialties. Some found the rooms could use updating, but the hotel offers comfortable accommodations and a very large room. Guests also liked the picturesque landscapes and found the Tortuga beach bar to be particularly cozy.

Wonderful holiday highlights

fun activities great dinner convenient service

The entertainment team provided many activities. I enjoyed darts, ping pong, and water polo. The dinner was great with different options every night (especially the souvlaki!). I also appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the village.

The check-in process required a qr code. It felt inconvenient.

Excellent Stay with Wonderful Entertainment

entertainment team dinner quality delicious options

The entertainment team organized darts, ping pong, and water polo. They planned "high-level competitions" that were engaging. The dinner quality exceeded my expectations (especially the fresh fish). The hotel offered many delicious options that catered to varied tastes.

The check-in process involved a QR code and mobile phone, which I found inconvenient.

dated room flaking paint

The buffet offered a decent selection of food at each meal I suppose

The room was supposedly a Junior Suite. It was certainly not junior to anything nice I have ever seen it was dated and smelled slightly of mildew. The flaking paint in the children's pool was a particular highlight. It kept my kid occupied picking it out. The lack of facility to charge wine to the room felt unnecessarily cheap.

outdated room water spillage

the beach access was convenient.

The room felt outdated. It did not match the website's pictures. the bathtub had a shower screen without a bottom seal. This caused water spillage. i expected better maintenance and updated facilities for the price.

delicious option superb quality free coffee

The dinner offered a wide range of delicious options. The quality of food was superb. The beach is nice. The hotel provided free coffee in the room.

I found the check-in process using a QR code and mobile phone inconvenient and time-consuming. It would be better to make that easier.
